The Project Manager, Quantum will oversee all elements of the manufacturing and deployment including site selection, due diligence planning, manufacturing, permitting, delivery, and, schedule. The key focus of this role is to ensure our partners have all the required information to support customer projects. The Project Manager, Quantum will work with cross functional teams to maintain and monitor all aspects of each project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help create delivery standards and procedures.
  • Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all assigned project(s) and consistently monitor project progress with available tools.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Coordinate and track all change requests from the team and project members.
  • Maintain communication internally on project progress.
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with local staff to transfer knowledge and improve the ability of local teams to assist with future projects.

Other Responsibilities

  • Preparation, including documentation of departmental process and procedures as required.

In the future, the Project Manager QM will also be tasked with developing vendor relationships in order to negotiate deliverable timelines and speak with customers regarding the status of the project, while assisting with the management and the creation of contracts with vendors and individual consultants using standard statements of work and contract conditions.

  • Lead or assist with complex bid proposals related to new business RFP/RFI
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholders perspectives are considered when faced with project delays, issues, concerns
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Also includes working with vendors, managing the relationship with vendors
  • Compiling weekly, monthly tracking and reporting of all statistical data pertinent to the role and the overall departmental objectives
  • Interface and communicate with both external customers/vendors and internal customers in a professional and expedient manner.

  • PC Skills – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project;
  • Use of PC/laptop to generate analytical and well documented analytical reports;
  • Proficient knowledge of ITIL v3 Framework for IT Service Delivery.
