Compass is recruiting for a Supply Chain Program Manager who will Shepard demands for projects and initiatives, and drive results on critical strategies.

The role requires the execution of procurement processes and tools that support Compass Datacenters' delivery needs and business leaders' direction using systems across more global projects. Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks, and change control is required by working with Compass Datacenters vendor partners to communicate demand schedules, vendor partners' production, and shipping schedules.

Responsibilities:

Work with VP, Global Supply Chain for Capital Projects and the Delivery Team to develop and continuously improve supply chain management strategies for the Compass Program.
Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
Understanding of procedural best practices in supply chain management.
Poka-yoke and create internal process (workflows, approvals, etc.) and requirements to ensure the team operates consistently and efficiently.
Complete securing of OFCI of assigned Projects.
Communicate routinely with the teams on a variety of job-related topics, including demand, supply, and schedule updates.
Foster relationships and handle day to day communication with vendor partners.
Create/track purchase/change orders.
Optimize warehouse functions.
Responsible for OFCI-related reporting and procurement.
Assist to track, order and report on OFCI equipment globally.
Improve and Poka-Yoke OFCI reporting and forecasting for ease of access quality.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in the Supply Chain, Procurement, or related Business Management.
Work experience in procurement, at least two years in International Supply Chain Management, or five years in Global Purchasing or Procurement.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Posses strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong organizational capabilities and be detail oriented.
