MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  

· Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all resources on assigned project(s) and

consistently monitor & report on project progress with available tools;

· Identify key stakeholders and maintain communication on project progress. Ensure

stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution;

· Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction;

· Conduct regular meetings with local staff to share knowledge and improve the ability of

local teams to assist with the planning of future projects;

· Manage and report on project related budgets, claims, forecasting, capital outlay,

deviation from CapEx, etc;

· Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained

appropriately for each project;

· Assess project risks and issues, track, report, and provide solutions where applicable

utilizing peers and SME’s in the same department;

· Chair and facilitate meetings and distribute minutes

· Update department and fulfill each goal, project, and objective;

· Also includes working with vendors, managing the relationship with vendors,

ordering/receiving/tracking of hardware for projects and to maintain stock levels for

anticipated future projects/orders;

· Compiling weekly, monthly tracking and reporting of all statistical data pertinent to the

role and the overall departmental objectives;

· Interface and communicate with both external customers/vendors and internal

customers in a professional and expedient manner.

  Strategic/Inter-Divisional RESPONSIBILITIES  

· Identify training requirements of all existing and new employees and ensure that all employees are fully trained and well informed on construction/project related activities;

· Travel is required between some sites across North America, and infrequently to EMEA (Eu). Travel is anticipated around 30-50%.

· Support vendor partnership including Quality Assurance stats as required;

· Preparation, including documentation of departmental process and procedures as required.

Skills

· PC Skills – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project;

· Procore, Smartsheet, & Cx Alloy

Desired

· PMP certificate, Prince II, or equivalent

· BCCP – Cx Professional

· Change Management Certification

Communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,

· High degree of discretion and tact in handling confidential matters.

· Ability to speak and converse in French is required if based in Montreal.

· Ability to propel and maintain cross-functional resources/relationships to deliver
