The Position:

Compass is recruiting for a Director, Cloud Sales located in Ireland or UK who will showcase excellent communication & negotiation skills. To be successful in this role, the Director, Cloud Sales will work to achieve annual NOI target of the business trajectory & will act proactively to address client’s needs & own the sale process from beginning to the end.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers by locating, developing, and fostering deep customer relationship
  • Manage and nurture key cloud account relationships
  • Maintain and stay relevant with relationships for all our installed non-cloud customers
  • Be proactive to meet the customer’s needs
  • Resolve problems and handle the customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage all inbound enterprise opportunities, RFI/RFP from broker & enterprise community
  • Grow opportunity base by identifying ½ of NOI target each quarter
  • Maintain healthy working relationships with cross functional teams
  • Conduct market research to identify potential client in demand
  • Ability to track sales trends and reporting

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive
  • Strong experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional skills in persuasion and business acumen
  • Strong executive function and organizational habits
  • Ability to display true empathy and humility, with the ability to see the world from “others” perspective


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Appropriate travel will be required
